Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: May 1, 2026

What you may not do with iShipBiz.

1. Prohibited shipments

You may not use the Service to ship items prohibited by the underlying carrier — including hazardous materials without proper declaration, illegal substances, weapons restricted by law, live animals, or human remains.

Each carrier maintains its own list of prohibited items. You are responsible for compliance.

2. Fraud

You may not generate labels with the intent to defraud the carrier (e.g. understating weight, mis-classifying contents to obtain a lower rate).

iShipBiz reserves the right to suspend accounts on reasonable suspicion of carrier fraud and to share investigation data with the affected carrier.

3. Account abuse

No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access outside our published APIs and rate limits.

No sharing accounts across organizations. Each business entity needs its own tenant.

4. Security

No attempts to access other tenants’ data, exploit vulnerabilities, or evade rate limits. Report security issues responsibly to security@ishipbiz.com (we run a coordinated disclosure program).

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination. We may report serious violations to law enforcement and to affected carriers.
