iShipBiz, Inc. ("iShipBiz", "we", "us") provides a multi-tenant shipping software platform that enables Customers to compare carrier rates, generate shipping labels, manage orders, and track shipments. The platform is provided as a hosted service accessible via the iShipBiz website and APIs (the "Service").

You must register an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into binding contracts, and not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.

iShipBiz offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection and are non-refundable except as required by law.

In addition to subscription fees, you fund a wallet from which label purchases are deducted at the carrier’s rate plus iShipBiz’s platform markup. Wallet balances do not expire so long as your account remains active.

Failed payment may result in suspension of the Service after a 7-day grace period.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service to ship prohibited items, defraud carriers, or violate any applicable law or carrier policy.

Shipping labels generated through the Service are issued by the underlying carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and are subject to that carrier’s terms and conditions. Void windows, refund timing, and delivery guarantees are governed by the carrier, not by iShipBiz.

iShipBiz processes personal data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You retain all rights to your data; we do not sell or use it for marketing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Wallet balances are refundable for 30 days after cancellation, less any platform fees.

iShipBiz may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms with 7 days’ notice (or immediately for fraud, security violations, or non-payment beyond the grace period).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. iShipBiz IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PACKAGES, CARRIER DELAYS, OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING TRANSIT — THESE ARE THE CARRIER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iShipBiz’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid to iShipBiz in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
